The Extended Care Program provides professional care, supervision, recreation and enrichment activities for your child. It serves the working parents who desire both Catholic school education and supplementary care in a Christian environment. These programs are only open to students enrolled in St. Colette School in Preschool through Grade 8.
The programs allow children to experience a rich diversity of growth activities planned to compliment the philosophy and value system of our school and our school families.
Breakfast Club and Lunch Bunch are flexible programs of fun, crafts, play and adventure. Arts and craft projects, indoor and outdoor recreation, snack time and rest periods are also available during After School Care. In addition, there is time set aside for homework, with resource materials available.
The number of experienced directors and aides who staff the Extended Care Program is based on the number of enrollment in the programs.

Extended Care Rates and Fees
St. Colette School has made extended child care a key component of its program. For the early risers, Breakfast Club opens at 7:00am. The Lunch Bunch program allows students to enjoy their homemade lunch or participate in the school’s hot lunch program. Morning and afternoon activities provide a stimulating, fun and caring environment from 7:00am through 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Rates for the Extended Care program are based on hourly use time. For 2011-2012, the rates are:
- Extended Care Registration Fee (Per Family): $50
- After School Hourly Rate: $3.50 per student
- Morning Flat Rate: $12 per morning per student
