About St. Colette Catholic School
Since 1960, St. Colette Catholic School has provided educational excellence to the Rolling Meadows and Palatine communities.The school’s philosophy is to provide academic excellence, build self esteem and confidence, and instill social values into all aspects of life, consistent with the gospel teachings of Jesus Christ. St. Colette Catholic School is located on its extensive parish campus in Rolling Meadows, IL and is adjacent to the 40-acre Salk Park Complex. Its three (3) building educational complex is truly unique, incorporating classrooms, worship center, multipurpose center and gymnasium into the school complex. It has a fully integrated electronic Library/ Media Center with more than four-thousand (4,000) titles and a state-of-the-art computer network that connects all classrooms to the Internet. Its early childhood education program incorporates the most contemporary concepts in early childhood learning. St. Colette is also proud of its music program, which provides choral instruction to all students. Additionally, music instructions extend to the children’s church choir and instrumental band. Art is another core component of the curriculum with extended opportunities through our Young Rembrandts after-school classes. St. Colette’s sports program provides interscholastic competition in several team sports within the Northwest Suburban Catholic Athletics Conference.
St. Colette Catholic School consistently ranks twenty-five to thirty-five (20-35) points above the national median percentile in all academic areas tested. It distinguishes itself by a low student-faculty ratio and family involvement in education. St. Colette graduates consistently qualify for advanced placement and honors programs in high school.
