STUDENT ENROLLMENT REGISTRATION & COMMITMENT FORM
Instructions: This year we are offering an incentive program with our registration. If you return the completed registration contract to the school on or before Tuesday, February 28th, your registration fee is $50. However, $100 will be applied toward your 2011-2012 tuition and fees – a $50 savings for early renewal! If your registration is returned to the school after 2/28/2011, the registration fee is $100, which will be applied toward your 2011-2012 tuition and fees.
